韃靼種蕎麥栽培技術之探討

摘  要
 

   為提高韃靼種蕎麥之單位面積產量,於 88/89 年期利用臺中選育 19 號 ( 從九江苦蕎選出 ) 進行韃靼種蕎麥播種期、播種法及播種量試驗,獲得如下結論:韃靼種蕎麥之適當播種期宜由慣行之 11 月上旬提早至 10 月下旬,此為提高韃靼種蕎麥產量最有效之方法,可增產 21.4% 。其播種方法以整地撒播法可獲最高產量 (3,020 kg/ha) 而以低整地撒播法較省工。臺中選育 19 號之適當播種量為每公頃 40 kg ,比慣行播種量 (60 kg/ha) 增產 13.4% 。

Studies on the cultural Technique of Tatary Buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum Gartner) Taichung Selection Yu. 19
 
 
ABSTRACT
 
   Tatary buckwheat Taichung selection Yu No. 19 (selected from Chiu-Chiang bitter Tatary buckwheat ) was used to study the influences of sowing date, sowing method and seeding rate on the agronomic and yield characteristics of buckwheat grown as a fall crop in Changhua area of Taiwan. Experimental results indicated that the optimal sowing time to produce the highest grain yield for the Tatary buckwheat was around October 25, which was about 10 days earlier than the conventional sowing time practiced by the farmers. Treatments of tillage-broadcasting and tillage-drill sowing methods showed the best yield performance. Although the yield of the minimum tillage-broadcasting sowing method was slightly lower than that of the tillage-broadcasting, it was more labor saving and therefore recommended. The optimal seeding rate was 40 kg/ha for Taichung selection Yu No. 19. The yield of this treatment (3,147 kg/ha) was 13.4% higher than that of the conventional practice (seeding rate of 60 kg/ha).
