不織布資材應用於水果套袋之研究

摘  要
    

   本試驗比較不織布套袋對葡萄、梨、楊桃及甜柿等果實品質之影響。經不織布套袋之 ‘ 巨峰 ’ 及 ‘ 蜜紅 ’ 品種葡萄,其果穗重、總可溶性固形物及可滴定酸與果實色澤等與一般紙袋套袋者相同,單粒重並無差異,但防鳥效果良好。部分不織布套袋之 ‘ 蜜紅 ’ 葡萄有果粒腐爛及脫粒之情形發生。高接梨以不織布套袋與一般雙層紙袋套袋,採收時果粒大小差異不顯著,而以不織布套袋有助於果皮之呈色。楊桃以不織布袋套袋者,果粒重稍大於紙袋者,總可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸及果實顏色則差異不顯著。甜柿以慣用之紙袋、蠟袋及不織布袋等進行套袋,果重、總可溶性固形物及果粒顏色等在套袋處理間都沒有很大差異。 綜合不織布應用於上述水果套袋之結果,在葡萄及高接梨上為正面反應,或具有 防鳥效果良好,或有助於果皮之呈色 。而在楊桃及甜柿上則需再考慮材質之修正。

Studies on the Application of Non-woven Materials on the Bagging of Fruits

ABSTRACT
 
   The analyses and comparisons of fruit qualities were done when the fruits of grape, pear, carambola and non-astringent persimmon harvested from different non-woven bagging materials. The cluster weight, total soluble solids (TSS), titratable acidity (TA) and skin color in ‘Kyoho’ grape and ‘Honey Red’ grape bagged with non-woven bags were the same as those bagged with paper bags, the difference in single berry weight had no significance. But the non-woven bagging materials had good effect in bird-prohibition at fruit ripening. Whereas, fruit-rot and fruit-drop was found in ‘Honey Red’ grape bagged with non-woven bags. The top-grafted pears were bagged with non-woven bags and double-layered paper bags. The difference in single fruit weight of the pear fruits at harvest had no significance, but the coloration of the fruit skin was improved in those bagged with non-woven bags. In carambola, bigger fruit was found in non-woven bags, but the difference in fruit TSS, TA and skin color were not significant. In non-astringent persimmon, the fruit size, TSS and skin color were not significant among non-woven, wax and paper bags. It is concluded that the application of the non-woven materials in the bagging of grape and pear had positive effects, either in bird-prohibition or in skin coloration, but its application in carambola and non-astringent persimmon needs further modification of the non-woven materials.
